We're celebrating with these amazing gluten-free, dairy free mini donuts.
Mini Matcha Chocolate Almond Donuts (GF) - by SimplyRealHealth
Makes 2 dozen mini donuts
1 1/2 teaspoons Matchaful Jade Grade powder for mixing
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup almond flour
3 eggs
1/2 cup coconut sugar
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1 tablespoon maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cream of tartar (there's no dairy in this!)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
cocoa powder for dusting
Preheat oven to 350 and grease doughnut pan well with coconut oil spray.
Combine wet ingredients in one bowl, and dry in another. Slowly mix the wet into the dry bowl, mixing well to combine. Add batter to a plastic bag and cut off end corner to easily pipe batter into the pan.
Bake for 6-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove from pan and dust doughnuts with cocoa powder as they cool.
