Yuzu, a Japanese immune-boosting and anti-inflammatory citrus, is the star of this sipper—helping fuel you through all of the season’s sun-soaked festivities.

INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp of Yuzu juice (we love YuzuCo)
- 3 tbsp lemon juice (we love fresh squeezed)
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tsp of Matchaful Hikari Matcha
- Sparkling water
STEPS
- Make matcha shot: Add 1 tsp of matcha into a mug or whisking bowl. Add 2 oz of 180º water. With a bamboo whisk, create zig zag shapes until frothy.
- In a shaker, add ice, yuzu juice, lemon juice, and agave. Shake very well.
- Add iced yuzu lemonade to a 16 oz cup and top with matcha shot and sparkling water.
