How does the subscription program work?

The subscription program is perfect for you if you don't want to have to remember to place your monthly or bi-monthly matcha order.

Subscription perks include: 

  • A 15% discount on every order
  • Free shipping
  • A free gift on your third recurring order!
  • 5% back in credit on each order, that can be applied to any future orders

Terms and Conditions:

By starting a monthly subscription, you agree to a minimum commitment of two subscription orders.

Once the two-order minimum is fulfilled, you may cancel your subscription at any time through your online account portal.

If you choose to cancel before completing the two-order minimum, you must contact our Customer Support team at hello@matchaful.com. In this case, an early cancellation fee will apply. The fee will equal the difference between the subscription price and the standard one-time purchase price, plus shipping charges.

Other helpful information on subscriptions:

— Your subscription orders will be automatically placed on the same day of the month you began your subscription. For example, if you started your subscription on January 3rd, your order will be automatically placed on the 3rd of each month or every other month (whichever interval you specified). 

— You will be charged when the order is placed.

— If you know in advance you won't be needing matcha for awhile, or aren't ready for your next order, you can select a new date for delivery.

— Once your monthly subscription order has been processed, we cannot intercept or cancel orders. If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, including updating the shipping address, please update via your online account portal before the order processing date.
